Based in the North of the UK, Suki is an energetic soulful vocalist | songwriter | producer | DJ | versatile performer. Her passion, and main influences are derived from 70's-80's Soul | Funk | Disco | House, and Dance Club Classics. With an extensive background performing, and touring, since her mid-teens, Suki has fronted several original bands, having graced many festival stages across the UK, and Europe, including Cornbury, and Glastonbury. More recently (since Spring 2020), Suki has contributed inspiring lyrics, and superb slick vocal tracks, on collaborations with several credible International DJ / Producers, with releases on many of the most influential and respected independent labels in the dance music scene, including; Midnight Riot, Groove Culture, Glasgow Underground, Tinted, and house music originators DJ International Records, and King Street Sounds, among others. Currently, Suki's also writing, recording, and producing her own music. Whilst drawing from her vast influences, she’s certainly creating an exciting ‘Suki sound’ that suits any dancefloor. With her music is garnering support and plaudits from several luminaries in the Disco, Nu Disco, House world, among others; Michael Gray, Dr Packer, Birdee, Craig Charles (BBC 6 Music), Dave Lee, John Morales, Sam Divine, Bob Sinclar, Mark Knight (KISS FM), David Penn, DJ Disciple, Dimitri From Paris, Jihad Muhammad, Seamus Haji, The Shapeshifters, Russell Small (Freemasons), Micky More & Andy Tee, Mark Picchiotti, The Reflex, Wes Saunders (Defected), Young Pulse, and regular airplay from Street Sounds Radio, and Hedkandi Radio Suki’s latest original music collaboration with Disco/Nu Disco goliaths, Birdee and Dr Packer, topped the Traxsource Soul Funk & Disco Genre Chart upon release, and is a taste of the exciting sounds to come. Over the last couple of years Suki’s performed Live PA’s extensively across the UK and Europe, including: The Netherlands, Ibiza, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Spain, and Ireland, as a vocalist, and DJ/Vocalist (uniquely mixing her DJ sets, while singing and live mixing in her own backing tracks), as a solo artist, and as part of the live music ‘Body Heat Gang Band’ (Italy), with the ‘Midnight Riot SoundSystem’, and now also as a resident vocalist with HedKandi
