Mixing since the age of 15, Suckerfish has cultivated a depth of experience within the underground scene that surpasses his years. From teenage sets at Dublin institutions such as The Tivoli Theatre, The Button Factory (Centre Point), Wigwam, 39/40, and The Wah Wah Club — to name only a few — his early days were defined by a presence across the city’s club circuit and beyond. A multi-year sabbatical in the Netherlands further sharpened his perspective, immersing him in the dance floors of influential spaces like De School and the wider Dekmantel sphere. Each chapter has quietly reinforced a sound shaped not by trend cycles, but by lived experience within underground culture. Now based back in Dublin, he is quietly channeling his experience and creative focus into his own music and the Suckerfish project, refining a sound shaped by years spent behind the decks and on the dance floor.
