In 2018, Stupid Child co-founded the Parisian collective L’Appart with his best friend. They honed their skills in the capital’s bars. Gradually, the team expanded, and the opportunity to perform in clubs arose. It was in 2020, during the global pandemic, that Stupid Child ventured into music production. Drawing inspiration from the 90s, he places a particular emphasis on blending the rave spirit with trancy vibes. To date, he has around fifteen tracks, supported by renowned artists such as Maruwa, Bad BoomBox, Panteros666, Franck, Mischluft, Lis Sarroca, and many others. When Stupid Child embarks on a new project, he has a very specific idea in mind and an emotion he wants to convey. Each of his tracks draws inspiration from a particular memory or a significant encounter. His productions blend various influences: the synthesizers used for melodies and bass reveal deeply trancy sounds, while the rhythms incorporate characteristic elements of House or Techno. As for vocals, Stupid Child frequently samples rappers from the 90s and also explores voices from the Pop genre. His sets and productions aspire to be both euphoric, nostalgic, and immersive. In line with his musical creations, Stupid Child aims to transcend his audience by conveying various emotions and immersing them in the universe of the 90s. His musical selection combines Trance, Eurotrance, Hardgroove, and Techno. Stupid Child places energy and groove at the core of his priorities, thus creating a captivating musical experience for his audience.
