Steeevie

Steeevie (fka Elovetric), a "tiptoe" Disco enthusiast and explorer, is one of the few Slovenian disco heads who can quickly make you dance by blending dreamy disco, broken-down Italo, and spicy '80s funk tracks. His story began with releasing thematic disco mixtapes, many of which still exist only as handed-out CDs and private, unnamed Dropbox links. For the past 10 years, he has been managing and organising Just A Dance parties at Klub K4 in Ljubljana, focusing on up-and-coming local Italo Disco talent, and is the driving force behind this geeky, nostalgic sound in the region. Since moving to Berlin, he has consistently taken care of the party, maintaining its accessibility and openness and ensuring the dancing doesn’t stop. With multiple festival and venue performances across Slovenia and Germany, and an upcoming Hi-NRG Remix release on Just A Dance Records in Summer 2026, he is consistently proving and sharing his love for Disco. He is the host of the new "Just A Dancer(s)" pop-up DJ mix series, currently filming in Ljubljana and home office in Berlin, where DJs answer the question "What makes you dance?" and share their guilty pleasures and intimate favorite tracks, unconfined by genres and labels.
