Stanislawa is a Queer DJ from Brussels’ fast techno scene. Her passion for trancy tracks goes back to her childhood where she discovered trance, hypnotic trance, jungle and acid techno when digging in her father's cds. Stanislawa is also founder and co-head of the queer collective Deep Down East (est 2017), Eastern european techno artist focused, and organizes techno parties in Brussels and abroad. Her sound calls for a rebellious free space, which she spices up with uplifting beats, taking you on a shared journey of techno through nostalgic groove. Since clubs reopened after lockdown, Stanislawa played all nighters for bars or woke up the crowd when playing at famous Brussels' after party: Sine Fine.You can also find her playing during the week in the most famous Belgian wooden box: Kiosk Radio. Staśka has travelled around Europe in 2022 getting booked in the Netherlands, Berlin, Poland, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Besides organizing parties and djying, Stanislawa is actively working on her first releases will come out in 2023. She recently started playing under the name of DJ WAITRESS, a nostalgic kitsch alias.
