Active participant of underground music scene in Latvia throughout the 90s. Founder of Yaputhma Sound System, Gosh & The Brand New Hedgehogs, Pasaki Onkuliem Ata - extravagant bands with open musical concept and shifting lineup, playing everything from punk to fee improv to alt.pop to instrumental rave-rock. In late 90s switched to producing electronica of various BPMs and stylings using primitive bedroom PC setup. After a fatal HDD crash had quit producing and switched to DJing (around 2000: house, ambient groove, trip-hop, acid-jazz, funk, easy-listening), later moving to ambient/electroacoustic/sound-design. Had a break from DJing in the mid 00s. As from 2009 has been actively DJing again, creating cross-genre mixtapes (http://soundcloud.com/snobo) and co-hosting radio show Rasols on local Radio Naba 93.1 FM (http://official.fm/rasols).
