Dance music royalty such as Underworld and The Prodigy, as well dub pioneers Scientist and King Tubby all played formative role in his production style. His releases have spanned across the genres of house, tech house, trance, uk garage, breaks and more, and his most successful release "Breakfast In Space" has seen support from DJs Spray, Holly Lester, and Saoirse among others. As a DJ, Small Bear pushes genre boundaries by blending together a broad range of styles in his sets, making each performance a dynamic and unpredictable journey through both the familiar and unfamiliar sounds of underground electronic music.
