His passion, his style and technicality allowed him to win a residency in one of the most famous clubs in London, Heaven, famous for legendary night such as Bedrock (John Digweed, Sasha ...) (1999-2002). Thereafter, he also managed to start his own radio show on UK Rumble (2001-2003). This success has opened the doors to the biggest clubs in London (Heaven, Turnmills, The End, GRAMMAPHONE, THE MUSE, RHYTHM FACTORY, THE EGG, THE KEY, CANVAS, MEDICINE BAR, THE FRIDGE,APRES ...), New York (Centro-Fly , Roxy, Pier 61, Opium, Industry). After a long break and working in the shadow he decided to start his own night back in Morocco Xposure promoting a niche sound where he played alongside Ryan Elliot, Dj Bone, Virginia, Ben Sim, Kink, Sterac, Spencer Parker and Derrick May. With a record collection of over 10,000 vinyls his style covers the entire spectrum of electronic music. Music Junky and a perfectionist by nature, the style of Smaeel is always in tune with those of the biggest DJ in the world.
