Florence, 2019 - Two best friends, Alberto Banci and Gian Marco Brogi give birth to a new musical project called “Skorpions”. Being both born Scorpios, the name of the project came naturally to their minds. The duo has pursued a music production course at SAE Institute Milan that has brought quality and method into their productions, enabling them to explore new sounds and publish their first release on a label in 2022. Their musical background and style have evolved throughout the years and have been inspired by more sub-genres of electronic music. Their current focus and taste are on minimal, deep tech and house: artists like Apollonia, Chris Stussy, Traumer, Kolter, Jesse Maas and many more represent a true inspiration for their productions and track selections of their DJ sets. Skorpions' mission relies on three fundamental pillars: 1. Break the walls perceived by society between creativity and professionalism through our effort. 2. Encourage everyone to look for happiness and not wealth through kindness and humility. 3. Unite people in a society more disconnected than ever through our music.
