Skin Deep formed in 2005 when both Al & Steve where asked to be ResidentDJ's at a new night called the Dirty Disco. Both the boys had no idea how successful the Dirty Disco was too be with the Leeds crowd. Within the first year of the Dirty Disco opening its doors, the boys had raised there profile as DJ's considerably and also had played alongside many of there favourite DJ's and Producers. By 2007 Skin Deep had gone along way, fulfilling many of there goals playing at Festivals, Warehouse Project Parties and also playing overseas in Ibiza, Australia & New Zealand. 2007 was a big year for Steve, getting his first ever E.P signed to Urbantorque Recordings (www.urbantorque.com), the P's in a Pod E.P. Skin Deep's mix of Deep, Melodic House and Techno has always proved itself popular in warm ups and warm downs, and Skin Deep will keep pushing the boundires finding new sounds and innovative music to work the dancefloor!
