Sisyphos was born in Hamburg and has been active as a DJ since 2011. His musical journey began back in 2000 when he discovered his passion for Deathmetal. In 2009, he encountered Psytrance for the first time, a turning point that deeply resonated with him. Drawn to the energy of the music and the spirit of the community, he started DJing psytrance at underground parties in 2011. Just a year later, Sisyphos transitioned to the darker side of the genre, embracing the deeper and more intense realms of Psytrance. By the end of 2012, he began organizing his own events, primarily in collaboration with the collective “Friendly Team.” His DJ style can best be described as a blend of melodic, gloomy, driving, and pumping darkpsy, shaped by influences from metal music and horror movie soundtracks. The result is a powerful and atmospheric sound that brings both emotion and intensity to the dancefloor.
