Resident Dj at MIKO, with more than 15 years of experience in clubs and parties all around the country and beyond. As Shakti, and also with his project Multiverso, has released several EPs with his own label El Porfin Records, since 2013. Back in 2009, he published as Dj Rodrigo with the international label Indigenous Resistance, “The Dj Rodrigo Bogota Mixtape” and the EP “Routes to Rootz”, vinyl pressed, with the collaboration of several international renowned artists. His mixing skills allow him to make subtle and characteristic transitions. His roots in black music and his knowledge of Colombian and world music allow him to create a very peculiar selection with a unique sensitivity. His versatility as a resident Dj in some of the best places in Colombia has taken him to share the dj booth with several local and International legends. His experience has taken him to broad audiences and festivals. His active role in the activation of local scene in Santa Marta and the surrounding area has been fundamental, and also his contribution with the foundation of the first local independent electronic music label, as well as his work as one of the pioneers of local electronic music events in Santa Marta.
