Born in Birmingham, UK, it wasn’t until his early twenties that Shabab began his love affair for DJing. Having been shown the basics on a pair of 1210’s, he started on his path to DJing, playing house music on vinyl. As the years rolled by and moving onto CDJ’s, he grew a huge passion for Progressive House and Techno. His music is highly energetic, consisting of groovy rhythms and filthy basslines. He would describe his main type of music as Driving Progressive House/Techno. Shabab has played in various countries around the world which includes Malaysia, Philippines, Spain & Dubai as well as his homeland UK which includes clubs such as The Egg Club in London. He has played alongside big DJ’s such as Sasha, Nakadia, Mariano Mellino, Miss Monique, Andrew Meller, Konstantin Sibolo, Metodi Hristov, Juan Ibanez + more. Having made Malta his permanent home, he has now become a regular name in the Maltese underground clubbing scene, also launching his own club night TechNoir and continues to push the boundaries.
