SCOUNDREL threw himself straight into the Breaks/Bass & Mashup scene in 2008. He had decided after many many years of being involved in Underground Dance Music, it was time to take to the stage himself.. In this short space of time he has made a huge impact locally and now Nationally.. His DJ Sets are described as Mental Mashups of Breaks,Dubstep, Old Skool With a few surprises and lots of balls... Playing alongside DJs/Producers from all genres of Dance, including Beardyman, Caspa, Chase & Status, Kissy Sellout, Nero, Cut La Roc, Far Too Loud, Billy Nasty, Rennie Pilgrem, Ellis Dee, Atomic Hooligan, Plump DJs, Mark Broom, Shut Up & Dance, The Ragga Twins etc etc... The list goes on & on.. This led to 3 nominations @ the Breakspoll 2010 Awards, one for himself as Best Breakthrough DJ & two more for his Rough Tempo Radio Station (Radio & Website), an amazing achievement in the 18 months he has been DJing & Running The Radio Station. 2010 holds an excellent array of bookings for Scoundrel including "An Evening with Krafty Kuts" @ Matter London, "Funkatech Vs Fresh" @ Motion Bristol & also the "Waveform Festival". With upcoming production projects with Terry 'Atomic' Hooligan, Cut La Roc, Ctrl Z, Steve Lavers, Radiokillaz, this year is sure to be a busy one for this nutty fella and His B*stard Beats N Bass Mashup Sets!!!
