Biografía
Sasha Nevolin was born in Belarus. Starting from quite an early age he has been keen on listening to different kinds of music. The first long-play-like work was created with using loops based software for amateurs, and was recorded on tape.
In 2007 Sasha moved to Prague, where he started producing music under 'Sanytch' nickname. His first official release called "O" was issued by net-label "Foundamental Network" and was inspired by early works of Jan Jelinek. Sasha's works that time period can be characterized by warm deep sound, stylistically varying between ambient, minimal techno, microhouse and dub techno.
From about 2008 he organises music events in Prague and co-founds promo-group Drag and Drop, which presented music events around the city. Artists like Etienne, Niff, Detroit in Effect (D.I.E.), Onirik, Barbir (Walid), Ol, Akiko Kiyama and many others have performed at Drag and Drop events.
Around 2018 Sasha changes ideology approach and music production direction to more raw, melodic, breakbeat sound. This music gets interest from labels like Physical Education, Opia, ClubVision, Partout, Wex, Voiceless, Borde and others. Sasha's tracks played and supported by Vera, Jane Fitz, DJ Koolt, Anthea, Harry McCanna, KRN, Estimulo, Anna Wall and others artists.
Among other things, Sasha Nevolin has been performing regularly as a DJ since 2010. Since about the same time he started collecting vinyl records. His DJ sets stylistically vary within ambient, breakbeat, minimal, house, techno and other genres. He is a resident at Wildt, Luft and Groovebar. Also as DJ guest at Ankali, Fuchs2, Bike Jesus, Altenburg1964, Swim, Stalin and other venues.
