Born and raised in Tuscany, the son of an Italian–Eastern European family where music was never just background noise, Sasha was shaped from an early age by the eclectic world his father introduced him to. His sets carry that influence forward — a soft but sweaty touch that travels from thick, physical house grooves to the wide-open progressive atmospheres of the ’90s, always with curiosity and emotional detail, and threaded throughout with a distinctive queer sensibility.
