Samm Anga

Samm Anga
Biografía
A graduate from the MA sound Arts course at the London College of Communication, Anga is constantly having to question the multi-faceted identity of sound in the Anthropocene. Born in Nigeria and moving to Kent, England at eight years old, he straddles the ever-complex tussle between Western and Indigenous values, science and spirituality, futurism and nostalgia.
Graduating from a background of traditional music composition (an MA (hons) English with Music Studies alumni of the University of Aberdeen), he has scored various independent short films, set his music to spoken word and audio theatre pieces for BBC The Social and BBC New Creatives, and produced music with and for a modest range of local artists (Kinbote, mod-r, vnc.ptk).
