Brooklyn born Toronto raised, Salty grew up playing the Piano and Drums frequently drawn to the strange beauty of the electronic sounds on the keyboards he would find. Discovering electronic music later on in life was less of a shift in his values and interests, but more of a return to his roots. Co-founder of Toronto’s underground techno staple Paradox, Salty’s deep digging reveals a love for rhythm, soul, and emotionality only music can convey. Influenced by the past yet grounded in the present, his dynamic track selection moves bodies while also saying something more.
