Always positive and optimistic, Saint-James illustrates himself behind the decks with an awesome ability to give his energy to the crowd by exploring many genres (Jazz-Funk, Disco, Boogie, Broken Beat, House, Techno, Old School Drum’N’Bass & Jungle, Electro …). He’s the co-founder and manager of Discomatin reissue record label and afterparties created in 2015 with French DJ’s Mag Spencer, Théo & Jim Irie. The result of this association is an exclusive blend of French Boogie, rare Disco, forgotten West Indies Zouk and irresistible Afro-Boogie. He’s the co-founder and manager of Chuwanaga record label created in 2017 with Clémentine. Together, they release quality reissues and today’s talents, alwayrs trying to bring musicality back on the turntables. With the In The Red compilation serie, he compiled in 2 volumes the rarest and hottest UK jazz-funk tunes. He’s also the co-funder of the Easter Sounds Festival created in 2017 with DJ Psycut which defends organic music (mostly Jazz-Funk, Disco & Funk) and dance in Paris. As a producer, he’s released fast and furious electronic music on Villette 45 French imprint and he’s preparing a lot of releases for the upcoming months. Finally, Saint-James hosts a radio show called Syncope on LeMellotron.com which focus mostly on Jazz-Fusion
