Saimin first fell in love with the pounding beats of techno in the scene’s early years in Detroit, later moving to San Francisco and becoming active in the house scene. A brief stint in Tokyo was where he would begin to hone his DJ skills by playing small techno parties before eventually returning to San Francisco.
