SAAMO is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and audio designer born and raised in Tehran, currently studying audio design in Berlin. His musical identity is shaped by a lifelong connection to sound, starting in a musically influenced family environment and early training as a drummer, where he developed a strong sense of rhythm and dynamics. At 14, he shifted deeply into electronic music, digging into records and shaping his direction through immersive and driving sounds, inspired by artists such as Art Department and Paul Kalkbrenner. Now based in Berlin, SAAMO is a vinyl-only DJ focused on hypnotic, driving techno with atmospheric layers, deep basslines, and subtle experimental textures, occasionally exploring ambient and drone influences. He is the founder of FHASE and an active member of the Abandoned Factory Berlin community.
