Originally from southern Russia, Roman Vabel began exploring and collecting music since 2009. His 16 year-long ballroom dancer career brought strong influence on his creative journey. Although Roman’s key inspiration comes from East European electronic music producers, as well as sounds of Detroit of ’90s & ’00. His move to Moscow in 2014 happened in the moment the centre of Russian underground scene was reviving. Two years later he joined Warehouse lable as a resident dj, based in legendary Propaganda - the oldest Moscow techno club. Ever since, he has been on a mission, breaking through and pushing the boundaries of immersion of techno adepts into the philosophy of Warehouse. Besides, he’s been performing regularly around the country, including the decks of Rabitza, Squat 3/4 and Monasterio - important names in the capital’s underground.
