Continuing their upwards trajectory in 2023 is the prolific Retrouve duo, an artist moniker built upon years of friendship, with a pure and sincere chemistry at the heart of everything they do. A lifelong journey together beginning in their native country of Hungary, and now they reside in Haarlem the Netherlands, already becoming inspired and pushing to be integral figures amongst the thriving local scene as word begins to spread around the rest of the country and beyond. Their animated sound has landed them thoroughly deserved outings on the enormous PIV Records with their sought after “Parnell Street” EP and a track featured on Airtime Records ADE Sampler “Flyin’ High”. In addition to their releases the dynamic pairing were invited to close ADE 2022 for PIV alongside Prunk, Djebali, M-High and Fabe. Both members Andras and Barna have a burning fascination with house music and its roots, and how they can implement that same soul into their own productions, hard hitting grooves layered with intricate and tasteful elements always bringing something distinctive to the dance floor. This unwavering attention to detail is certainly not going unnoticed as they plan a flourishing year of stellar releases on highly anticipated labels, outstanding collaborations in the studio, and some essential gigs already in discussion, putting their foot well and truly on the gas for the coming period.
