Retronika is a DJ, producer, and founder of Planeta Rave — a collective bridging Latin American rave energy with the global underground. Raised in Uruguay, where she was shaped by the country’s strong club culture, Retronika developed an early passion for music, sound systems, and the dance floor as a space of identity and resistance. Now based in Miami, her sound blends electro, breaks, techno, and EBM, delivering raw basslines, driving rhythms, and hypnotic tension. She has played at Trotamundos Festival and share booths with artists like Mattias, Cohema, Erika Halliday, Taimur and Omar, performed in Puerto Rico with the Planeta Rave crew, and brought her sound to Mute Parties, building a reputation for fierce, body-forward DJ sets. Her mission is to create transformative dance floor experiences where rhythm becomes ritual and rave becomes rebellion.
