The Italian artist's relationship with techno began in her childhood, influenced by her father's taste in 80s electronic rock and the synths that naturally accompanied it, which still remain rooted in her sound today. That interest grew exponentially once she made her way into clubs at 15, falling in love with the straight kicks of the genre, and it is this early start which helps explain the maturity and commanding energy of the music that she now plays - even at the relatively fledgling stage of her career.
