Born in Jordan, raised in Dubai, and attended University in Toronto, Canada. Raya has always been deeply influenced by local artists from various environments and found her connection to the world through music and rhythm. Her insatiable hunger for kicks and basslines are shown through her own productions and the music that she shares in her dynamic mixes. As an architect of music, a consultant in the healthcare industry, founder of “Ether” (a platform for sound healing, integrated with music and art therapy); and co-founder of “Resonance” (Dubai based event series, booking international underground artists at local parties). Raya works on her innovative sound visions to bring the same good energy she feels to those who listen.
