Growing up on the lands of the Ngunnawal, randals dad is originally from Far North Queensland. Now based on Wurundjeri-biik, he is a community radio broadcaster with Triple R/3RRR, presenting Feel The Floor–a two-hour broadcast exploring the latest releases from across the electronic music scene, local and international. Stacking up interviews with artists like HAAi (AU/UK), Lady Shaka (NZ/UK), Pureblast (FR) and AROHA (AU), Feel The Floor also showcases local and emerging DJs from across so-called Australia. Off the airwaves, randals dad is producer and curator working across the music and creative industries. While on the dance floor, randals dad has played alongside acts like RONA, Zjoso and Kia, soundtracked stages at Golden Plains and Sonder Festival, and curated a sonic palate that reflective of his eclectic music taste, tracing an ability for careful selection and fresh finds. There is no genre off limits when you’re tuning into the frequencies of a randals dad dance floor.
