DC-based DJ Ramblur has one goal: to make people dance. As the co-operator and Label Manager of Para Presents, Ramblur strives to create energetic sets spanning garage, jungle, drum and bass, and dubstep. Ramblur has ignited dancefloors all over the DMV, from Flash and Grafitti Warehouse to festivals such as Elements and Yonderville. Born in Miami and raised on the Grateful Dead, his stage name, Ramblur, is an homage to the Grateful Dead's "Ramble on Rose" and perfectly encapsulates his style of DJing: "when I DJ, I feel like I'm emulating the ethos of jam, trying to fill my sets with intricate and long form blends, bringing my unique style to familiar tracks." It's those twists, blends and bootlegs in Ramblur's mixes that set him apart.Music has always been a guiding force of Ramblur's life, and this project is about bringing sound to the people, by the people.
