Ragantras is the project of Luka Glonti, a Tbilisi-born artist now based in Berlin. Working across sound design and electronic music, his approach to techno leans toward the immersive and the tactile, with a focus on atmosphere as much as rhythm. His tracks tend to unfold gradually, built from layered percussion, looping motifs and evolving textures rather than obvious peaks. There’s a strong sense of movement in his work hypnotic at times, but never static. Drawing on field recordings, analog synthesis and detailed sound design, he shapes pieces that feel both grounded in physical space and slightly out of reach. While often described as “tribal,” the influence in his music is less about genre and more about repetition, ritual and tension. The result is a sound that sits somewhere between functionality and introspection equally suited to the dancefloor or more internal listening.
