Rooted in the belief of the dancefloor as a space of infinite unique individual experiences, Qualia Trax embodies the approach of forming long sets of diverse and wide-ranging electronic music, outside of rigid genre constrictions. A long-time contributor, as a DJ, promoter and raver, to queer party scenes in Birmingham, London, Amsterdam and Berlin, Qualia Trax is currently the Creative Producer for the Visionskultur Kollektiv, curating the art and music programme for the upcoming Kiek Beyond festival just outside Berlin. The artistic direction of his DJ sets can vary significantly, stemming from beliefs that the power of music comes from diversity and open-mindedness. However, one can expect acid basslines, driving grooves and snarling percussions to appear regularly.
