Púrpura Profundo’s passion for music and movement began early, driven by a love for dance and a natural curiosity for rhythm. She played drums throughout school, an experience that shaped her sense of timing and groove. While based in Bogotá, she became deeply involved in the local electronic music scene — promoting events, organizing a dedicated DJ room for practice, and helping to host workshops led by local Colombian producers. These sessions offered emerging DJs a chance to learn directly from active voices within the scene. Her work centered on building community and creating inclusive, accessible spaces where new talent could grow and connect.
