Born and raised in San Diego, CA since 1986, this international dj, producer and song writer, has been known as a music powerhouse since the early 2000’s. Since his early teenage years, Pro-K has made his mark all throughout the west coast, including Mexico and California. Pro-k’s influence primarily comes from launching music bands (such as Robot Crew), hip-hop groups (such as The Naturalist’s) and music event companies (such as Revive619). With current projects, such as Chocolate and Delicious, he aims to shine the light on the underdogs of the scene. Even though he is mostly known for his house and techno sound, he continues to venture deep into the minimal, afro and deep tech communities. Because a major portion of his inspiration is derived from normal everyday life situations, he has created his own ingenious style of music and continues to do so. “For me, it’s all about crafting a vibe... a deep, hypnotic groove.
