Popu was born in Madrid (Spain), where from a young age he began his interest in electronic music, taking advantage of the wide scene that the Spanish capital offered him. When he moved to his current city of residence, Vancouver (Canada), he began to focus professionally as a DJ. He is currently one of the resident DJs of Vantek Group, one of the most important underground clubs in the city. Approximately a year ago, together with DK PAU, I created one of the most iconic electronic music events that we currently find in the city, FOG. In addition to playing individually, he is also part of a Spanish electronic music duo called JP-91. Their sets are characterized by mental atmospheres, groove sounds with hard and hypnotic kick drums transmitting unstoppable energy on the dance floor. He has performed in different clubs and festivals such as Vantek, Village Studio, Gorgomish, Vault, Revival Festival and Groove in the Wild, sharing the stage with artists such as AADJA, Raven, Julia Govor, Mark Broom, Spartaque, Greggow, Drunken Kong, Jean Terechokva, Behrad Terhani, John 00 Fleming, Stefan Goldman, Kuvoka, etc...
