Hamburg, Germany is renowned for its music scene and the famous artists it has birthed. This also holds true with Phineo. At just 12 years old Phineo started honing his skills as a producer. Fast forward just 10 years and Phineo is touring through Germany and has made a name for himself in the underground House scene. Phineo draws his inspiration from acts like Claude Von Stroke and Todd Terry but also other genres like Drum and Bass and HipHop. These early influences have shaped Phineo’s sound and the end result is groovy house drums mixed with the hard hitting bass sounds he designs. In 2015 wanting to bring more UK/US style house into the German scene Phineo founded the Groovement party series. Groovement quickly grew to one of Hamburgs top events and gave Phineo a platform to showcase his music to some of the top international artists. In 2018 Phineo started gaining international notoriety with his free edit of Fisher’s (Ya Didn’t) which put him on the radar of many international artists. Phineo is just getting started and 2020 will be a big year.
