Phil’s relationship with electronic music began long before he ever stood behind a pair of decks. A first taste of Ibiza and its club culture in the early 2000s sparked what would become a lasting relationship with house music. Even Kevin & Perry Go Large offered an early glimpse into a world that felt immediately familiar. Big clubs, Balearic nights and the escapism of dance music. From Raver to DJ For the next two decades, Phil was firmly on the other side of the booth. Parties, raves, clubs and repeated trips to Ibiza shaped his musical taste and his understanding of what makes a dancefloor work. In 2021, he finally decided to have a go himself. He bought his first decks, started learning at home through YouTube and later took lessons at The London Sound Academy in Camden. What began as a personal challenge gradually became something more serious, eventually making the move from playing at home to playing out. Dreams do come true! 🙌🏻🙏🏻
