Paul’s passion for music is deeper than you might think. Besides being an outstanding DJ and record collector, he is also an Opera Stage Director for the Costa Rican Ministry of Culture. As a resident of world-renowned Club Vertigo for more than 10 years he is constantly sharing the booth with important artists from the international underground scene, recognized by many for his abilities to play long lasting after-hour sets. He has also been a regular at the most important clubs and festivals in the region and starting to resonate strongly in clubs all over Europe including Club der Visionaere as one of his most welcoming outputs. His polished and mostly vinyl sets reflect an infinite wealth of ideas, while also showing a lot of sensitivity and an eclectic taste evading any categorization, going easily from house to techno surpassing acid house to minimal and always bringing a hard-to-categorize selection that blends all the roots of electronic underground music together. Gaining reputation in the last years as a refined selector and creating a strong identity where the surprise factor is his most important skill, the fact of never knowing what to expect with his sets, is what makes him a very special artist.
