Biografía

Paul Felipe aka Paul Kamm was born in a small town outside of the Bavarian capital of Munich. In his early years, his interest in music was woken by his mother, which sent him to piano lessons, drumming lessons and be an active part of a music school. With the age of twelve he first started listening to electronic music, which was at this time mainly house. However, over the year the interest in the music increased and he explored the music stores and showed his curiosity for all kind of electronic music and jazz. His DJ carrier started off when a friend asked him to take over to play the music at school party for a short while. At this moment it came to him and he knew from this day on he wants to make people dance and happy. Over the next few years he tried several other instruments, such as the bagpipes, and kept on playing the decks at some parties. In 2009, his way crossed with a fellow DJ named Alex P and suddenly they started to play back to back. At this time he decided to revolutionize his DJ-Setup and nowadays he is only playing with a laptops and controllers. Furthermore, the taste and style of music is mainly techno, tech-house and minimal. While working with Alex P they played at several private parties and small clubs in the Netherlands. In summer of 2010, Paul Felipe decided to move away from Europe for a while and headed towards Hong Kong. Since the electronic music scene is not big in Hong Kong, it was hard to get some gigs. But finally he good a gig in Hong Kongs most famous underground electronic club Yumla and became resident of the electronic music event named ELECTRO KINDER. From 2011 he resided in Hamburg and played at an weekly After-Hour Series in Bar227. But in the summer of 2011 he moved back to Bavaria.
