Pastels first appeared in the Brooklyn scene in January 2024 and plays their unique fusion of industrial, rhythmic noise, breaks, techno, halftime D&B, and IDM. Weaving elements from haunting chants and folk instruments onto the dystopia of towering industrial laments and underworldly percussions, their polyphonic mixes evoke the more ominous and devilish imaginations in sound.
