Passion Purée

Passion Purée is a DJ and artist based out of Chicago. A dancer first, she’s committed to carving out a sonic space for the bodily release of black, queer women and people. Their sound centers itself in techno, caressed by polyrhythms from the Caribbean and across the diaspora. Through radical self expression, Passion finds freedom and safety in movement. The spaces they aim to create, encourage people to move in ways that feel good in their own body. As you step into Passion’s realm, she welcomes you to surrender yourself to the freedom of allowing your body to speak its own language.
