Behind the moniker Parea hides Marc Castell, born and based in Barcelona. His music is defined by an eclectic sound, mixing minimal, micro-house and tech-house. The trajectory of this young man passionate about vinyl and all kinds of music begins in his adolescence. During this time, Marc matures his style and becomes interested in music production. He starts his journey as a producer in 2019 after finishing his training at SAE Barcelona, winning the school's award as the best electronic music producer of that year. Marc has released music through his Bandcamp and the Barcelona record label Simplexia Records. Marc is still dedicated to constantly improving his skills in the studio. Marc has been performing at different events using different names until 2019 when he adopts the alias Parea. Marc has been heard in venues such as Elrow Barcelona, City Hall or Casa Gracia, and at the Hypnotic School festival @ Skate Agora.
