Both growing up listening to metal and discovering techno in their teens its no surprise that they are into the harsher sound of industrial techno as opposed to the mincey commercial side of techno. Taking inspiration from artists like JK Flesh, Sunn o))), British Murder Boys, Samuel Kerridge, AnD, Perc & Ansome, Paragon produce a range of metal inspired, drone based industrial techno. With two independant EP's on Bandcamp, an EP out on Raven Sigh, releases on Messe Noire, remixes on Kolkoz Records and a monthly radio show on Belfast's notorious Belfast Underground Radio they are attempting to blur the lines between Industrial techno and metal. Paragon also run local Label Unrelenting Noise, they released their debut VA on Bandcamp in September 2017 featuring artists such as Swarm Intelligence, JK Flesh, AJA, Roswell, SLYRS & others. Paragon work closely with the well known DSNT label in Belfast, they debuted their live set along side JoeFarr and Paula temple for one of DSNT's massive LUMEN events with JoeFarr naming it his top gig of 2016. In 2017 they played their second live set at AVA festival on the same stage as Myler, TinFoil and Rebekah.
