A relative late bloomer in the Berlin underground scene, Papa Hase migrated to the other side of the dance floor in early 2022 after a New Year's Resolution led him down the rabbit hole of learning how to mix electronic music in his 30s. Since then he's been primarily active as a promoter, organizing a number of private events as well as the popular Berlin Kinder Rave: a daytime party series for parents (like Papa Hase) who want to continue experiencing Berlin's techno culture while also ushering in the next generation. Musically, he believes that the most beautiful art happens in the borderlands: that is, in the places where unique cultures and traditions combine. Papa Hase's mixes are therefore a blend of lots of different styles and sub-genres: resulting in a musical journey that winds its way from various forms of House and Deep House to Melodic Techno, Funky Disco, Classic Trance, and more.
