Orphia

Orphia is a Geneva-based artist operating at the crossroads of synth-pop, post-punk and electronic music. A multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer and graphic designer, he has been shaping a distinctive universe since 2020, blending catchy melodies, analog textures and a dark cold-wave tension. First noticed through the viral success of Oberheim, Orphia quickly established himself as a powerful live project. After an early synth-pop phase, he embraced a more radical aesthetic with L’Aventure des Gens Modernes (2023), followed by Beau Discours (2025), a raw, minimal and saturated EP built around tension and impact. Vocals melt into the textures, becoming part of the rhythmic structure, suspended between emotional urgency and synthetic coldness. On stage, Orphia turns this universe into an intense and physical live show. Machines, synths and voice collide in a stripped-down, high-tension set, somewhere between a dark club performance and a post-punk concert. The sound is dense, direct and immersive, designed to move both bodies and minds. Orphia is currently working on his first full-length album, to be released in 2026 on Les Disques Bongo Joe.
