Noizephaser
Biografía
In 1998 he discovered rave music (then Marusha, Technoheads, The Prophet). The Prophet is also one of the founders of the Thunderdome event, which originated in 1989 through various student parties in the Netherlands. At that time, in the early 1990s, the hardcore genre also emerged. There is a documentary "Thunderdome Never Dies 2019" that played in cinemas and describes how the hardcore scene developed.
As the years passed, Nikola finally started exploring the world of production in 2001, starting with music software (DAW) for music production and building his own music studio at home. During that period, from 2002 to 2004, he promoted club music (from techno to hardcore) and began supporting others, and got involved in promoting events and organizing events where he himself played in his hometown of Požega.
His first interest was producing hardcore, but over time he experimented a lot with other genres, making remixes and his own tracks because due to the situation where hardcore and hardstyle are not popular in Croatia, he kept himself motivated by exploring other elements of club music such as dark techno to lighter things. Back in December 2004, he started working in FL Studio 4 early hardstyle and hardcore under the name DJ Nikola with his colleague Ivas. One of the tracks of that duo in 2005 was "Loud And Hard" which was supported by Phil Ty.
In 2010, he played hardstyle and hardcore in his sets for the first time. He performs at Hard Island, which is also the first hard festival in Croatia, in the popular club Kalypso in 2015 and 2017 and 2019. He also played in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2016.
He shows his love for visuals and also makes videos as a hobby starting in 2010 for colleagues from the Noisecontrollers scene, other producers such as Atmozfears, Isaac, The Prophet, Headhunterz. He played countless times in his hometown from 2004 to 2009.
In 2018, he starts creating his own new sounds, and the news is still to come. At the beginning of 2019, he started presenting the hardcore genre under the new name Noizephaser. He shares the stage with many world DJs. In 2019, he shared the stage with world-renowned hardcore producers and DJs such as Re-Style, Dither, Lady Dammage, N-Vitral, Art Of Fighters… on the hard hard stage of Hard Island.
He played for the third time in Slovenia, the second time at the event “Maribor Goes Hardcore” guesting together with hardcore producer and director of Cenobit Recordings from the Netherlands; Leviathan aka Tellurian in September 2019. In addition, he maintains the "Croatian Hard News" page and several groups for the promotion of hard music on social networks. He got the idea for promoting others in groups from Katarina OHalloran, and together they continue to promote the scene and their works.
"He sends a message to everyone to believe in themselves, listen to their intuition and make their dreams come true, be realistic and sometimes cross the boundaries that their environment imposes on them if they really love something with all their heart. Never give up."
