Nickon Faith is a multi-genre producer and DJ hailing from Manchester. He has been sculpting his distinct production style and eclectic mixes since 2015, propelling himself into a plethora of musical projects over the years. He’s developed a unique reputation as one to watch for 2023, with recognition from the likes of Mixmag who heralded his debut album Circumambient as a beaming success. A proud Mancuinian, he has absorbed his experience in the musical metropolis, infusing it into an ever-evolving sound that continues to expand his burgeoning discography. Living in Manchester has been an integral part to Nickon’s artistic development, coming across venues, DJ’s and producers that never cease to inspire. He shares “Living in Manchester has been crucial to my artistic development. I have met loads of amazing, mind bogglingly good producers and artists. A fair few who have become my friends also.” Whilst his sound has moved through multiple phases, a solid backbone of trance, techno and progressive house connects each release. Nickon Faith pushes creativity at every potential opportunity, being part of a generation of artists who continue to push barriers, creating spaces for artists that are influenced far beyond the mainstream. His debut album Circumambient documents the past six years of his life, overhauling his creativity in the process, letting it unfurl into something truly remarkable. Having harboured his distinct sound of lush etheric soundscapes coupled with energetic grooves, he has taken his sound far beyond the capital of the North. Nickon took the plunge at moving his productions into a live setting and began DJ’ing at a range of venues across the UK, playing at E1 supporting the likes of Carl Cox, Solardo and Catz n’ Dogz at the finals of Mixmag X Coors DJ Quest competition. With over 50 releases under his belt, he has pulled in support from the likes of BBC, Housem, Four Four Magazine and Mixmag. He also runs his own event “Acid Faith”, which he runs with Acid James. Nickon has a seamless sonic stamp, and musical diversity that is taking the scene by storm.
