Nick Kothari

Currently a weekly resident DJ at Detroit's Northern Lights Lounge Thursday's ELIXIR with Dr. Disko Dust (John Ryan). Nick Kothari has been running weekly and monthly series internationally while residing in NYC from 2007-2009 and Shanghai from 2012-2016. Future Disco 1983 was his Italo series he co-founded the former Northeast Kingdom Brooklyn. Discosmic Adventure was his co-founded series in Shanghai at the former DADA club. At Black Rock City, he was DJ for Black Rock Roller Disco in 2008-2009. In 2026 he launched an open format FAR OUT DANCE ZINE which is available at every Thursday at Northern Lights Lounge
