Franqy started collecting records and playing them at the early age of 17, after seeing legendary DJs such as Carl Cox, Lee Burridge and Laurent Garnier drawing inspiration from their vibrant sets. His career took off in the U.K, where he resided for many years, Djing and hosting parties alongside the likes of Darius Syrossian, Matthias Tanzmann, Paul Woolford, Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Josh Butler, Audiojack, Denney, Miguel Campbell, Max Grief & PBR Streetgang...Playing at legendary events and venues such as Ministry of Sound, Sankeys, Back II Basics, Distrikt Bar, Wire Club and Kaluki... In his first year at University, he entered into the UK Corona DJ competition and came runner up. He was offered a residency at the infamous Leeds BRB venue. This is where he found a home for many years and established a unique and intimate party in Leeds called Deepjam. Having the pleasure of inviting many respected producers and DJ’s to play from all over the UK. More recently, he has been playing in and around Pelion in Greece. At venues such as Tender Bar, Rekviem & Paralos Bar. Whilst also working on various productions and managing a weekly radio show on Musica Radio.
