Negativ is two Polish producers currently based in Warsaw and London. Originating from completely different musical backgrounds they joined their forces in 2012 and have been steadily working on new material since then, releasing on established labels like 877 Records, Southpoint, Saucy Records and BRØKEN. Their ’Vision’ EP, released on Saucy Records, gained support from the likes of My Nu Leng, Marcus Nasty, Kry Wolf and was featured on the UKF channel. This was followed by the duo being invited by My Nu Leng themselves to contribute a track to their Fabriclive mix released in March 2016. The track in question ’Stealth’ has also been played on BBC R1Xtra and seen the support of numerous DJ’s including Distro, Doctor Jeep, Skepsis, Abstract & Logic, Stranger and many more. To top it all off, Negativ’s music has been reviewed and mentioned in various media outlets like Red Bull (10 new breaks acts pushing the sound forward in 2018), Mixmag or DJ Mag. Negativ keep on pushing forward and slowly but surely are forging a name for themselves in the bass music scene.
