Amsterdam based DJ and producer NAKANO BLU has come into the scene during the turbulent year of 2021, after switching from his drumming career towards dark electronic music. Releases on Traumgarten, Sann Odea, YUKU and LXVIII have put NAKANO BLU'S productions into the dancefloors of Dekmantel, Draaimolen, Garage Noord, Public Records, Basement and many more, a mix of IDM and bass heavy diasporic latin music and touches of techno and jungle . As a sound artist and engineer his work has been featured in festivals like Down The Rabbit Whole in collaboration with couture studio Maison the Faux, as well as collaborations with installation artists Muxingye Chen, Jef Nollet and Michal Kurchaski, as well as filmaker Aileen Ye and close collaborations with fashion designer Peter Wertmann. As mastering and mix engineer, he has worked for artists like Spekki Webu, Douglas Calii, XVIII, Bornek, and many more.
