Nahoomie is the alias of the Spanish DJ/selector Naomi Morillo. Emerging artist who, despite her premature entry into the local underground scene, has managed to enter it quickly and stronlgy. Her energy and musical selection transmit light to the dance floor. Although her roots are pure house, she confesses a weakness for syncopated and polyrhythmic sounds. Defined by powerful bases and hit hats, her sets are usually eclectic dance rituals in which she embraces and fuses different registers that can go from UK Garage, USA house and soulful to breakbeat, electro or IDM. In 2021 we saw her for the first time in the booth and in less than a year she has already performed in different clubs and emblematic events between Barcelona and Madrid, including her debut at Primavera Sound Festival. Her connection with electronic music, digging and the so-called "dance culture" began at the end of her teenage years, long before her first time playing the decks. However, little by little she discovered and experimented with different genres, rhythms and sounds that helped her to built her personal and professional identity and also to define her current musical proposal.
